Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Driven Fullstack Developer) who goes beyond traditional development. This role is focused on building products, not just writing code.
You will combine system design thinking, product understanding, analytics, and AI-powered development workflows to design and build scalable systems. The ideal candidate can independently prototype and launch products end-to-end, using modern AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining architectural integrity, reliability, and security.
This role requires strong decision-making ability, critical thinking, and ownership of the entire product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable system architectures that remain maintainable even after rapid AI-assisted iterations
- Build fullstack prototypes and production-ready systems, independently or in small teams
- Use AI development tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, etc.) to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and system reliability
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, while critically evaluating feasibility and risks
- Analyze product data and metrics using analytics tools and SQL to support product and technical decisions
- Take ownership of technical decision-making, balancing speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Identify potential security, architecture, and operational risks early and propose mitigation strategies
- Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly and confidently to business stakeholders
- Drive product development with a high level of initiative and autonomy
Hard Skills
- Strong expertise in System Design and software architecture
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode, or similar)
- Solid Fullstack development experience (ability to build and launch end-to-end systems)
- Strong analytics mindset, including ability to work with SQL and product data
- Understanding of security practices and risk management in software systems
- Experience selecting and evaluating effective frameworks and technologies for different product needs
Soft Skills
- Strong critical thinking and ability to question assumptions before implementing solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, translating business goals into technical strategies
- High level of initiative and ownership over the entire product lifecycle
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to quickly process context and choose the best technical path
- Strong reliability and planning discipline -- ability to make realistic commitments and consistently deliver on them
