Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager / Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of AI, product thinking, and engineering execution.
In this role, you will work closely with AI-assisted development teams, engineers, and stakeholders to turn AI-generated prototypes and vibecoded experiments into structured, production-ready systems.
You will combine strong analytics, communication, and system design thinking with the ability to guide teams working with AI tools, rapid prototyping, and modern development workflows.
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of AI-generated prototypes and vibecoded MVPs into production-ready products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable system architectures and product workflows
- Translate AI-generated ideas and prototypes into structured product requirements and technical roadmaps
- Use analytics and data insights to guide product decisions, prioritization, and iteration
- Facilitate Agile / Scrum processes to ensure smooth delivery across cross-functional teams
- Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams, product stakeholders, and executives
- Identify technical, product, and operational risks when moving AI-generated code toward production systems
- Support teams working with AI development tools, LLM-assisted coding, and modern product engineering workflows
- Drive clarity in ambiguous environments where AI prototypes evolve quickly into product opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Project Manager in software development environments
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate between technical teams, AI engineers, and business stakeholders
- Strong system thinking and architecture awareness, understanding how complex systems scale
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum frameworks
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams building AI-enabled or AI-assisted products
- Comfortable working in environments where rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") are part of the workflow
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI development workflows, LLM-based systems, or AI-assisted coding tools
- Experience scaling early-stage prototypes into production systems
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
- Experience working with distributed teams or global clients
- Background in system design, API-based architectures, or platform products
